There are 5 Hour Pre-Licensing Class and the charge for the class is $40 this provides the permit holders to take this classroom based instruction before scheduling a road test. There are special designed driving lessons to practice revise the things learned in the 5 hour pre-licensing course and materials required for the New York State permit test.
